Marta Rauti has a unique role in the legal profession: She is responsible for Client Care at the firm of Reybroek Barristers. Meeting with clients either in her office, at their homes, or even in a hospital setting is all in days' work for Marta.
"When clients can't come to visit us, I go to visit them, " Marta says with a smile, "which is a personal service clients appreciate." Marta believes that treating clients as individuals and understanding their unique problems is important.
"Doing a little bit more for a client-visiting them, returning calls promptly, speaking to them in their own native language-that's what makes my job satisfying. My role as Legal Representative and Client Care is to make sure that we never treat a client like a number. I am proud of that's
