George practices exclusively in the area of Statutory Accident benefits claims.
George has been assisting the public with their claims for statutory accident benefits since November, 1996. Over the years, he has appeared before countless courts and tribunals, including the Provincial Offences Court, Traffic Ticket Court, small claims courts, immigration tribunals and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).
Over the years, George has attained a strong knowledge of the practices and procedure surrounding the statutory accident benefits schedule, the insurance act and the dispute resolution practice code.
George is committed to his clients and applies a very pro-active and aggressive approach in pursuing and collecting outstanding benefits that are owed to his clients by insurance companies. Throughout his career he has been involved in countless mediations and arbitrations and has personally been involved in numerous trials setting several ground -breaking precedents through arbitration tribunal decisions against Insurance Companies. George completed his legal assistant and business Management programs at Seneca College in 1998. George also completed several alternative dispute resolution workshops through York University. He is currently a licensed paralegal and a member of the law society of upper Canada.
