Zubin K. Zarolia

Mr. Zarolia practices in the area of civil litigation.

Mr. Zarolia has extensive experience in personal injury and insurance litigation including trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations and remains focused on acting for a broad range of injured people in the Greater Toronto Area.

Mr. Zarolia has appeared on behalf of his clients at many levels of Courts and Tribunals including the Superior Court of Justice of Ontario, the Divisional Court, the Tax Court of Canada and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO).

Mr. Zarolia attended Osgoode Law School. He is a member of several legal associations including The Law Society of Upper Canada, The Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Canadian Bar Association, and The Advocates Society
